This has been such a long week for me both professionally and personally. My exercise schedule went right out the window this week. I went off the birth control pills this month to give my body a break. Well I forget about the horrible backaches that come with the PMS before it starts. Today my back really hurt even with my exercises that I have. Tomorrow I will be pretty much back to normal and can go into the gym again. I also will be starting birth control again on Sunday. It is nice being off it, but it is to painful during the time of the month.
I rode my horse only a couple of days this week because of having to work late and things going on at the farm. I am sure my horse enjoyed the little break, we have a busy schedule over the next couple of weeks. Red-boy get your rest vacation ends tomorrow!
Work wise we have been getting ready for a migration to a new system. It has been requiring a lot of research and writing of informational papers. Today my day consisted of going through 500 users and seeing who was active or inactive. After that was done trying to find out where the extra people came from. Tomorrow I have to break it down a little bit more.
I have been really trying not to overeat this week also because the exercise got cut back. I will be glad to get back to the gym tomorrow it really does chase the blues away for me. I did realize this week the anger was not as bad because I was getting rid of the grumpies with sweat. I just am tired of being fat, and really know what I have to do. I just need to keep the dedication.
Little Victories today:
1. Went to Walmart and didn't buy junk food
2. Got up and down from my chair and walked the long way
3. Walked to the mailbox
4. Took my medicen for joints.
The goal for tomorrow is workout during lunch for 45 minutes doing treadmill and spin bike. Tomorrow night I will be loading new songs on my IPOD and buying the new AC/DC cd.
